She is the author of VUCA²: Master your Vulnerability, Uniqueness, Courage & Authenticity book and masterclass, based on her original system for managing and mastering a world filled with Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity. She also wrote a first-of-its-kind Empowerment Journal inspired by and featuring the wisdom of the legendary Audrey Hepburn, as expressed in 45 of her timeless insights in Audrey Hepburn: Reach For Your Stars. Gabriela is also the Chief Growth Officer of Leadership Alliance.
